Returns Policy

 Returns will be allowed only at reaper madness sole discretion under the limited conditions below.

The following items are NEVER returnable

Special order items, Clearance items , any item that has been used, worn or altered, any item without all undamaged original packaging in "like new" condition, Make up,Cosmetics and Fake Blood, Teeth and Fangs , All Contact Lenses

Before returning any item you must receive an RA number from us!

Returns that do not have an RA number will be refused , Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless it is our error. Return Shipping costs are at the customers expense ,unless it is our error. Any item returned must be returned in a suitably sized box. A restocking fee may apply to your order

If one of the reasons below does apply to you a return will most likely be allowed.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

While we do our best to make sure that a damaged or defective item is never shipped it is possible that we did miss something. We will replace any damaged or defective item with the identical item in the identical size.

Wrong Merchandise Received
If you order one item but receive a different item we will replace the wrong item with the correct item. This is also true if you ordered a small size but received a large size of  clothing The replacement will be with the original item as it was originally ordered.  Note: This is not the same as if you ordered a small size but it does not fit and you want a larger size. See ordered wrong size costume below.

Ordered Wrong Size
We cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit you. If you order clothing and need a different size we will exchange the clothing with the different size. If you want to exchange clothing for a different size, the original clothing must be returned in "like new" unworn condition. All the original undamaged packaging must also be returned in "like new" condition. You will be responsible for the carriage charges both ways.


Requesting A Return Authorization Number

Return  Authorization Numbers (RAs) are required to return an item provided it meets one of the specific conditions above. To request an RA . Make sure you select the correct reason and enter any additional comments. @

Privacy Policy

All orders submissions happen in a secure environment.  We do not release your credit/debit card information to any outside organisation.

If you prefer to place your order(s) off line, then please feel free to contact us: tel: (01438) 741579 / fax (01438) 741579 We may employ other companies or individuals to carry out services on our behalf in connection with your order. We may also place orders on your behalf as agent with suppliers. Such persons will have access to information which you have provided in order to supply the goods and services, but they may not use or process it for any other purpose.

Postage and Packing Costs

Credit and Debit cards are debited when items are shipped.

All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

We aim to arrange shipment of all in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with ourselves / suppliers. We are unable to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock but would advise customers.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. (Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments).


Most products are shipped by First Class Recorded delivery UK Royal Mail service (high value items of more than £100 will be dispached by Special Delivery 

Other shipping options are available at additional cost - please see the options available at Check Out.

All shipments outside the UK are subject to additional transit fees.

Delivery will of course depend on title availability.

If your delivery address is outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Signatures are required for recorded / special deliveries. Please sign for goods "not examined" or "NE" as this will protect your rights should you later discover any damage upon opening the consignment.

For other destinations outside the UK, please call for further information. Fully trained export documentation staff are on hand to deal with the necessary paperwork.
